  • Launceston FC have been busy on and off the field. New signings to strengthen squads have been made and things are looking bright before the first pre season session on the 5th July 6.30 at Duchy College. First Team Manager Gary Jeffery has added Mark Blake (Assistant Manager), Roy Quelch (Coach) and Richard Haydon is to continue as Physio.

Gary said "I'm delighted to welcome the lads to the club. It's been a hectic few months but I'm very happy the club can confirm these positions for the 2016/17 season. It's nice to have in total 4 Qualified Coaches at the club. I've met with all four lads and expressed my ideas and needs to take the club forward. It's pleasing to know they share the same ideas and drive. I'm really looking forward to the new season ahead. Mark comes into the club with a successful coaching background and management experience with his time at Dobwalls and Saltash. Roy has hands on coaching background with the FA and Plymouth Argyle Youth. Coaching is a very big part of the game these days and  I can only see us going from strength to strength.

The club would like to thank Andy Moon for his efforts last season and wish him luck in his new adventure at St.Dominick.

  • If you are wondering why we are missing from the FA Vase draw despite the new dressing room facilities, we unfortunately have still missed out on our G Grading as the car park is not fully tarmacced. We will be looking to get this work done asap to allow us to re enter the FA Vase. Once we have played in the Vase for at least a season we can then re enter the FA Cup.

Pennygillam, home of the Clarets is situated just off the A30 on Pennygillam Industrial Estate.

We have a clubhouse with bar, kitchen facilities and skittle alley, a  large car park recently improved with new fencing, undercover seating and for the 2015/16 season we unveiled new dressing rooms. We have extended the building and created new home and away changing facilities and a large store room. The existing away dressing room has become the referee room and the home dressing room is now a treatment room. The old referees room will be used for female officials.
